We are looking forward to welcoming you to The Relais Henley, our boutique hotel directly located at the river Thames in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. The health and safety of our guests and colleagues are our utmost priority and we are dedicated to following all government guidelines to ensure your visit with us will be safe and enjoyable.
ON ARRIVAL
Express check-in is available on request prior to arrival, and we have measures in place to reduce the number of guests gathering at the reception desk.
In line with the latest government guidelines and to avoid the spread of COVID-19, we ask that guests wear a face covering in all public spaces unless medically exempt.
DURING YOUR STAY
Room attendants have been given time for thorough cleaning in public spaces and guest rooms.
Common touchpoints, such as door handles and lift buttons are sanitised frequently.
DRINKING & DINING
Whilst in public areas and on the way to your table, toilets or other areas in our restaurant or hotel you are required to wear a face covering. Once seated at your table you are no longer required to wear your face covering.
ON DEPARTURE
Express check-out is available on request, and we are accepting contactless payments including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and BACS.
